The heart of mankind is inclined toward arrogance and self-exaltation.  Genesis 11 reveals the lengths that mankind will go to reject God and exalt themselves.  Yet, God has the final say.  He is the one who exalts and humbles.  He has given his son Jesus Christ the name that is above every name.  Jesus did not seek exaltation, yet God has bestowed it upon his perfect Son who gave his life for those who humbly surrender to him.  We take the message of this gospel to the nations as we fulfill the calling of being fruitful and multiplying.
